LPI 360 Assessment
Monarch Leadership Group uses the LPI 360 Assessment for all level of leaders. This assessment systematically collect opinions about an individual’s performance from coworkers, direct reports, the manager, and people outside the organization/department, such as customers or vendors. With this approach, the person sees a more complete picture of themselves.
The LPI 360 is based on the book, The Leadership Challenge, by Kouzes and Posner. Leaders are assessed on The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership:
- Model the Way
- Inspire a Shared Vision
- Challenge the Process
- Enable Others to Act
- Encourage the Heart
The LPI 360 also includes a development guide to help leaders further understand their results and action they can take to increase their skills.
