I hope your holidays were filled with love, laughter, and meaningful moments. I’ve always loved the quiet space between Christmas and New Year’s - it feels like a soft exhale, a gentle glide into what’s next.
I invite you to glide with me into January the same way - nice and easy. That idea might feel a little uncomfortable at first. After all, we’re often told to start the year with a bang: launch the new project, finally organize that forgotten closet, eat better, lose weight, do all the things.
But here’s the truth - by the end of the first week of January, nearly a quarter of people have already given up on their resolutions, and by the end of the month, that number jumps to almost two-thirds. What??? Crazy, right?
You don’t have to be one of them.
